Foster Care

We believe that the healthy up bringing of our children is the responsibility of the whole community.

Our program is designed to meet the needs of the youth we serve through placement in a safe and loving home and the provision of a variety of services to support the youth and families. Nitotemak will provide an intensive, long-term family based treatment program with its foundation in Aboriginal traditional beliefs and values. The program is for youth between the ages of 12-17 years of age, who have status with Children Services and require an alternative family environment.

Foster parents will be recruited in Edmonton and surrounding areas.
