Adult Employment Programs

The program will train and certify Aboriginal people so they have the advantage of the added elements of consistent, industry standard training and exposure to the facilities prior to entering the workforce.

This is a 4 week program and consists of:

1 week of life skills management

Provide the opportunity for participants to re-enter the workplace with the “tools” to succeed in their chosen fields of work. Basic Industry standard training, resume building, jobe search techniques, and basic computer training.
Provide the participants with enhanced employment opportunities within their chosen Industry. Advanced training specific to Construction, Oil and Gas, Manufacturing, Service Industry, and Forestry Industries.
